Semuliki National Park

Semuliki National Park is one of Uganda’s most unique and biodiverse protected areas, located in the western part of the country along the Albertine Rift Valley. The park is famous for its rare lowland tropical rainforest, which is more closely related to the forests of Central Africa than East Africa. It is home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including forest elephants, buffaloes, pygmy antelopes, and over 400 bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers.
